Maintenance and support

When something breaks, you know who to call and how fast they arrive.

A TNE maintenance contract sets out in writing our response times, our preventive visits and what is covered. We keep a record of every device and every intervention: you know what was done, when and by whom.

What maintenance covers

  • Network, Wi-Fi, servers, computers, UPS units, CCTV, phones.
  • Security updates and backup checks.
  • Replacement of faulty parts, depending on the plan and the warranty.
  • Dealing with your internet providers during an outage: we call them for you.

How to report a fault

  1. By WhatsApp or phone on +224 621 04 90 50, or by email to [email protected].
  2. You receive a ticket number.
  3. A technician calls you back, fixes it remotely if possible, or comes on site.
  4. The ticket is closed when you confirm the problem is solved.

Power is part of maintenance.

In Conakry, many IT failures come from the power supply: worn UPS batteries, power surges, missing earthing. We test your UPS backup time at every preventive visit and replace batteries before they fail.
